I stayed here with my family and enjoyed the clean indoor pool and the cozy King Room, but breakfast was disappointing and messy compared to what I expected from the photos.

Not Bad but be Cautious

The staff blazed through with their hospitality as my air conditioner was busted on a hot day, and they finally got me a fan, but it was shaky at best. I took a whirlpool bath that was enjoyable, at least I could forget about all the chaos for a moment.

It all felt a bit pricey for what I got but I guess that’s the gamble.

Our group had a great time here! We spent a sunny afternoon at Lake Murray, just four miles away, enjoying water skiing and fishing. The hotel was convenient to restaurants, and the staff made check-in easy. The lobby had a nice vibe, and the coffee was a nice perk. Just a tip—request a high floor if possible!

The comforter in our room felt really heavy and warm during the night. I wish the sheets were more breathable.

The ladies who assisted us during breakfast were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our mornings enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas stood out, showing that the hotel takes pride in its upkeep.

Although the staff was wonderful, our room could have used some maintenance, particularly in the bathroom fixtures.

The King Room with Whirlpool was pretty spacious and clean, which was nice. The hot tub was a cool touch—definitely a highlight! But the air conditioning didn’t really work well. It got pretty stuffy, and I got stuck with a tower fan that wouldn’t stand up properly. Overall, the room had potential, but comfort was a bit lacking.
